The telephone rang at half past three in the morning. It was Bob complaining about a problem with linking the library we had sold his Big Software Company a while ago. I closed my eyes, trying to figure out the pull-down menu of the compiler. Then I led Bob through the installation across an ocean and two continents. We succeeded. Bob could carry on his work, and I could go back to my bed.
