At CBR we normally identify and benchmark issues of interest to the IT shop and its leadership. We span the range from customer service orientation of the IT shop (last month's issue, Vol. 9, No. 6) to security, from the management of highly skilled IS professionals to agile development. But from time to time we also bring our benchmarking and analysis to issues that are much more directly applicable to the individual. This is one of those issues, as we focus on personal productivity.
