Advancing Workplace Equity

Building on the recent edition of Amplify journal, and facilitated by Timicka Anderson, contributing author to the issue and Managing Director and Global Industry Head of Consumer Retail at Citi Commercial Bank, this informal Zoom discussion will explore perspectives on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and consider cutting-edge research that shows the reality of equity in many companies. The conversation is open to all of the authors who participated in the Amplify issue, and all members of ADL's open consulting community.
