Aditya Lal is Program Director and Global Head of the project management office (PMO) of a New Jersey, USA-based IT consulting organization. With 20+ years’ experience and several awards under his belt, he is a strong proponent of project and program management practices and an ardent follower of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Mr. Lal is among fewer than 100 professionals worldwide who have received all three certifications — PMP, PgMP, and PfMP. He has worked with many Fortune 100 companies, including GE Money, Citibank, TD Bank, Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, and the US federal government. Mr. Lal’s expertise lies in managing and implementing SAP and other projects in the area of financial compliance, such as Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and Anti Money Laundering (AML). As part of a PMO leadership team, he has created and implemented many PMO practices and procedures, where he developed an interest in authoring articles and books.
