Chris Scala, manager, Prudential corporate information technology, has over 10 years of experience with information technology, holding a number of positions from analyst to project manager.

Currently, Mr. Scala leads the Information Technology Project Office for Prudential. In that role, he is responsible for working with representatives from throughout Prudential's IT community to implement a common project management methodology, establish an IT project management career path, and adopt standard project management tools and best practices.

Mr. Scala has a B.S. in economics from Rutgers University, an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University, and a master's certificate in project management from George Washington University. He is a member of the Project Management Institute.
