David Woodlock
David Woodlock is a Consultant with Arthur D. Little’s (ADL’s) Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team and a member of ADL’s AMP open consulting network. He focuses on bringing collaborative solutions across multifaceted teams to unify repeatable and deployable data products. Dr. Woodlock has deployed data-extraction tools for lab-based workstations to unify data across various chemical and physics labs, creating interconnected data streams. He has worked closely with protein scientists to apply lab-based results of mutational data to create smart searches of protein structures to feed into iterative mutation lifecycles using Microsoft Azure, circumventing the need for large-scale, brute-force approaches. Dr. Woodlock builds data engineering cloud pipelines using Amazon Web Services and modern dashboards for fast, iterative deployment while maintaining Agile feedback from clients. He continues to strive toward developing and maintaining robust products with reusable code as a basis to develop an everlasting portfolio.
