Diane Allen is a business coach, trainer, and speaker who works with professionals in building their communication skills and self-confidence in navigating the business world. Ms. Allen has more than 20 years' senior management experience in business and industry for several large service corporations. She serves on a board of directors, is a past member of the Business Advisory Board of Rosemont College, and is an arbitrator for the Ford Motor Company's Dispute Resolution Board. Ms. Allen's earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's of science degree in training and organization development. She has served on the faculty of Rosemont College and Holy Family University, and currently facilitates the Coaching Certification Program for Burlington County College.
