Elizabeth Ervin is an Adjunct Professor in the Tillman School of Business at the University of Mount Olive. Currently, she is pursuing a doctor of business administration in leadership degree, specializing in research on women in STEM industries. Ms. Ervin is an experienced social media marketing consultant, event coordinator, community arts activist, and former small business retail owner with Dancing Butterfly, LLC. She has earned a working knowledge of online undergraduate teaching and graduate learning methods. Ms. Ervin is a Certified Quality Auditor with the American Society of Quality and, for the last 15 years, has been active with the biopharmaceutical industry in quality control and assurance for quality testing, research, reporting, document management, and training.
