Géry Derbier is an Agile coach who helps companies improve their organizational agility to sustain development. His coaching blends Agile principles with a solution-focused approach. Mr. Derbier began his career as a software engineer, then occupied various positions of Manager and Technical Director. He has been a pioneer of the Agile movement in France and was a speaker at the first Agile Development Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, in 2003. Passionate about the solution-focused approach, Mr. Derbier has written one of the very few books on the subject in French, teaches the approach frequently, and is a member of the Solution Focus in Organisations (SFiO) international network of solution-focused practitioners.
