Gianni Maria Strada is a Professor of Organization and Change Management for the School of Engineering at the Università Carlo Cattaneo (LIUC, Italy), where he is also a member of the CETIC Scientific Committee. Mr. Strada is also Managing Partner at PeoplePoint, a small HR consulting boutique that helps clients undertake major organizational changes.
