Jim Love teaches in the master’s program at the University of Waterloo’s Centre for Business Entrepreneurship in Technology. Mr. Love was a founding partner at Performance Advantage, a strategic IT and business consulting boutique focused on outsourcing for the mobile, social, "IT as a service" world. With more than 35 years in business and technology, he has served clients ranging from multinational firms to entrepreneurial startups. Prior to founding Performance Advantage, Mr. Love was a global VP with DMR Group (now Fujitsu Consulting) and a Principal at Ernst & Young. In recognition of his contribution to the profession of management consulting, he was appointed Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants (FCMC).
