As a founder of Delta Initiative, LLC, Jim Ritchey has over 20 years' experience in the technology industry. His strength is helping companies improve their connection between technology and business, focusing on managing and improving operations for organizations in various industries such as distribution, software, and education. Mr. Ritchey has extensive experience building agile organizations that combine employees and outside recruits to improve delivery on company strategies. His most recent engagement has been as interim CIO of the Colorado Community College System (CCCS). In this role, he assisted CCCS in turning around its new Student System project and in identifying a permanent CIO. Previously, he served as interim CIO at DeVry, Inc., helping DeVry University reinvent its technology organization and aiding in the search for a new CIO.
