Mr. Bossavit’s focus is on working with teams to keep them supplied with the raw materials of change and effectiveness: clarity of purpose and a constant infusion of fresh ideas. He is the author of The Leprechauns of Software Engineering, a speaker at various conferences and seminars, and participates in several Agile communities to explore nifty new ideas.
