Mark Kobayashi-Hillary is the author of Outsourcing to India: The Offshore Advantage. He is writing a new book titled Beyond BPO about the future of global business process outsourcing, coauthored with Mahesh Ramachandran, IT strategy manager at Ford of Europe.
