Mike Sisco is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Business Technology & Digital Transformation Strategies practice. He was an operational IT manager and CIO for more than 20 years and has led IT assessment and assimilation in more than 40 company acquisitions. Mr. Sisco has also been instrumental in the turnaround of several companies, including a technical services company from losing $2 million to achieving a profit of $2 million in two years. In 2000, Mr. Sisco created MDE Enterprises, Inc., to focus on "helping IT managers of the world achieve more success." His IT Manager Institute and IT Business Manager Certification program is one of the first certifications for IT managers that focuses on the business of IT versus the technology. Thousands of IT managers in all parts of the world use his practical IT management processes and tools.
