Mr. Chapala has more than 17 years’ experience in IT and management, consulting in the areas of business transformation, digital transformation, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, simplification, and legacy modernization. He has been helping customers globally in enabling business transformation with his leadership, management, consulting, solution definition and implementation, and delivery experience and expertise. He has domain experience in insurance, retail, CPG manufacturing, telecom, banking, and shipping. Mr. Chapala has played multiple roles, including Chief Architect for a large power generator manufacturer; lead Business and IT architecture practice for MEA Geography; and architected, managed, and delivered large transformation programs for global insurers in the US, MEA. He has spoken at multiple international conferences and panel discussions, including The Open Group conferences. He is a regular author and has published multiple articles in international journals and online and guest lectured at management and engineering colleges in India.
