Oteng Ntsweng
Oteng Ntsweng is Clinical Assistant Professor at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. She is deeply passionate about teaching business analytics and exploring the business applications of AI. Previously, Dr. Ntsweng was Research Fellow in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the National University of Singapore, where her research centered on the dynamic interactions between humans, computers, and AI within complex adaptive systems, including health information technologies, gamified technologies, and educational technologies. She is particularly focused on understanding how these technologies impact desired outcomes. Dr. Ntsweng is dedicated to applying her research in real-world settings, actively participating in digital interventions in healthcare and education. Her contributions have been acknowledged in academic spheres, highlighted by a nomination for the best paper award at the International Conference on Information Systems. Dr. Ntsweng earned a bachelor of science degree with honors in computer security from Staffordshire University, UK, and a PhD in information systems and analytics from the National University of Singapore.
