Peter Beijer is Chief Technologist in the Office of the CTO of HP Enterprise Services, leading the architecture capability in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Dr. Beijer is a recognized pioneer in practicing HP architecture methods and is a core contributor to the development of the architecture profession. Dr. Beijer is Chair of the Specification Authority for the Open Certified Architect (Open CA) program of the Open Group and holds a professional certification by the Open Group as a master certified IT architect. He received a PhD from the University of Amsterdam, concerning economies of meaning in image building for innovation processes.
