Philip S. Mullis is an Enterprise Architect. In his 27 years with EDS and now HP, he has performed a wide range of roles, including Chief Technologist for several major clients. Mr. Mullis specializes in defining the strategies, governance, and deployment capabilities for clients and internal organizations. He has also defined and delivered global training and programs to develop architects for the corporation. Currently, Mr. Mullis is leading the transition of a major client to its future-state EA.
