Rajiv Rao is a Business Consultant with the Strategy and Architecture practice within the Consulting and Systems Integration Unit of Tata Consultancy Services. He has over nine years’ experience in different sectors, including banking, oil and gas, infrastructure, and consumer goods spanning multiple roles across enterprise architecture, IT strategy, digital transformation, and digital pre-sales. Mr. Rao has supported consulting engagements by providing business and IT advisory services to top-tier clients globally and has also led the development of consulting assets, offerings, thought leadership, and propositions for digital strategy and transformation imperatives. He holds an MBA in information management from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research in Mumbai, India, and a bachelor’s in engineering degree in metallurgical and materials engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India.
