Richard Hordern specializes in supporting executives to lead during times of complex and continuous change, through leadership development and broader learning support. Mr. Hordern is Managing Consultant for QA Training & Consulting; his earlier experience included roles at Reuters, of which his last was UK Head of Leadership Development, and the financial services organization Lloyds TSB. Mr. Hordern holds a master's degree in management learning from Lancaster University and an honors degree from Bristol University.
