Vadim Chepegin is an R&D Projects Coordinator and a Senior Software Engineer at TIE Kinetix. Mr. Chepegin received his engineering degree from Kazan State Technological University in Tatarstan, Russia. He is a co-founder of the Russian e-journal Learning Technologies & Society, a member of a reviewers' board of The Journal of Educational Technology & Society, and a member of a peer review committee of IEEE ICALT conferences. Mr. Chepegin combines a working experience in academia and industry and has worked on different-sized projects with cutting-edge technologies.
