Work Group Session led by Carla Ogunrinde
Energy Leadership: Thrive, Don’t Just Survive
The world is filled with do’s and don’ts; plans and obligations. But instead of creating magic, the unexpected delights of chance detours tend to add stress. In this session, led by Carla Ogunrinde, you will explore the science behind the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that drive our decisions, how they impact us, and how they impact those around us. You’ll learn how to become a curious explorer, unafraid of change and better equipped to find and use the levers that propel you forward and disrupt the triggers that drain you.
Leaders, not just those who are leaders by title, but everyone who restlessly reaches for fulfillment, will find this session rewarding. Though you’re already familiar with success and are driven, mentally athletic, and experienced with playing the game, you’ll still discover a novel proposition: the ability to see, feel, and own the moment – win, lose, or draw – and know you’ve already won. In spite of the work, home, life, and rabbit holes we try to balance, we all can learn to thrive and not just survive. This session will teach you how.
