Gero Decker is Managing Director and cofounder of Signavio, a Berlin-based startup that focuses on enabling team collaboration for business process design. Before that, Mr. Decker worked in business process management as a researcher and consultant with Hasso Plattner Institute, Volkswagen, SAP, and McKinsey.
