Ali Arabnya is a seasoned climate finance and risk management professional with extensive technical and leadership experience in the power & energy sector, international financial institutions, management consulting firms, and academia. He is currently Director of Infrastructure Finance & Climate Risk with Quanta Technology and a research professor of electrical and computer engineering with the University of Denver. He has over 30 peer-reviewed technical papers and is the co-author of the book The Economics of Microgrids. His clientele portfolio includes leading investor-owned utilities, top-tier global banks, federal and state regulatory agencies, and several Fortune 500 companies. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE Power & Energy Society and holds a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Houston.
