Frank Werner is Director of the Global Thought Leadership program at Tandem Global (established from the merger of Wildlife Habitat Council [WHC] and World Environment Center) and also leads the organization’s European office. He facilitates sustainability information exchanges among multinational companies and provides guidance on creating both societal and corporate value. Mr. Werner develops and implements Tandem Global Executive Roundtables in partnership with global companies, focusing on critical corporate sustainability challenges across the US, Europe, and other regions. Previously, over 20 years, he held positions in other organizations where he helped companies of various sizes develop and strengthen their sustainability strategies, advised global companies on sustainability reporting, and evaluated the sustainability performance of multinational enterprises. Mr. Werner also has experience in sustainable water management and research in both Germany and Chile. He has authored several publications in the fields of sustainable water management, environmental business strategies, and sustainability reporting.
