Mohammad Hamida is a PhD researcher at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), the Netherlands. He is currently developing an integrated framework that incorporates the principles of a circular built environment and sustainable building adaptation, aimed at enabling the construction industry and property market to meet future demands amidst economic and environmental changes.
