Xiaochun Zhu is VP and the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Insigma Hengtian, a joint venture company of State Street and Insigma Technology. Dr. Zhu received his PhD in com­puter science in2010 from Zhejiang University, one of the top three universities in China.
