Collaborative Tools and Enterprise Innovation

Cisco and Microsoft are betting big that they can create collaborative toolsets compelling enough that people (i.e., customers, developers, employees, investors, and regulators) would deem an enterprise crazy to not be Cisco/Microsoft-enabled.
