Andrea Kerstens is a scientist at TNO, the Netherlands, specializing in collaborative business models and innovation orchestration at the intersection of digital technologies and sustainability. She is also a PhD candidate in innovation management at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), the Netherlands. Her research focuses on innovation intermediaries in cross-sector partnerships, particularly in implementing and scaling innovations to tackle wicked problems in the built environment.
