Arman Ghafoori is a PhD candidate in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics at the College of Business, Florida International University. His research interests lie at the intersection of data-driven digital transformation and organizational culture, forthcoming in International Journal of Production Economics. Mr. Ghafoori’s research also explores emergent technologies like AI, blockchain, and immersive technologies, with a goal of understanding and harnessing their transformative potential. Additionally, his research explores the behavioral dimensions of information search processes, aiming to uncover the cognitive and emotional factors that influence how individuals interact with and derive value from information systems.
