Bo Lenerius
Bo Lenerius is a senior advisor to Arthur D. Little. Now retired, he joined ADL in 1996, where he served as the global leader of the Operations Management practice as well as the Managing Director of ADL in the Nordic region for 15 years. Mr. Lenerius has broad experience, with 30 years in the management consulting industry and in the main professional areas of operations strategy, supply chain management and purchasing improvements, R&D and innovation strategy and improvements, digitalization in operations, and leading large international improvement programs.
Examples of his work include:
- Development of a global supply and distribution strategy for a major telecommunication equipment provider, including factory and distribution structure, core competence assessment, and outsourcing.
- Developed a product strategy and a new platform concept for a heavy-vehicle manufacturer in order to significantly gain economy of scale, including defining the engine portfolio.
- Development of the purchasing and supply operations of an international consumer-goods company, with focus on development and execution of purchasing strategy, increase of purchasing competence in the whole organization, establishment of new approaches and methods, and realization of synergies between the units.
