Catherine Louis
Catherine Louis is an independent Agile coach and founder of CLL-Group and PoDojo. Her specialties include Agile transitions in the scope of large, multinodal-solution, high-reliability systems, with large teams of several hundred to several thousand R&D employees. Ms. Louis focuses on leadership training, offering a unique Certified Agile Leader workshop based on her experience leading a large (over 2,000 developers) transition from phased-control waterfall development to iterative Scrum with an Agile mindset. She has more than 20 years’ R&D experience (software, hardware, services, operations) in complex product development, first at Bell-Northern Research, then Nortel. Ms. Louis has extensive development experience in technical marketplaces worldwide. She is co-inventor of a granted US patent, member of the Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance, founding member of TechLadies®, and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). Ms. Lous is a volunteer with more than 15 years as a SAR II and K9 trainer and handler with Wake Canine Search and Rescue.
