Chintamani Joshi
Chintamani Joshi is a Practice Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services’s Global Consulting Practice based in India. Mr. Joshi focuses on digital, business strategy, performance improvement, and large-scale transformations, and has led assignments in reinventing customer experience, distribution strategy, salesforce effectiveness, innovation in operations (including automation and predictive analytics), and handling M&A integrations. He has worked across a broad range of industries, such as financial services, retail, healthcare, manufacturing (including hi-tech and consumer products/services), helping clients adopt the Internet of Things, mobility, advanced analytics, big data, and cloud at the enterprise level and integrating them into industry and customer value chains. Mr. Joshi has designed and delivered a digital platform to manage customer-facing digital initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and enable new business/operating models for next phases of growth. He has also built prototypes applying predictive modeling and big data concepts and productionized them to create new products and services, thereby creating new competitors and customer choice, and has worked closely with management teams on strategic and operational improvement programs from design to actual results delivery.
