Claudio Vitari is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at Grenoble Ecole de Management and Program Director of MSc Management & Information Systems at Ecole du Management et des Systèmes d'Information (EMSI) (France). His research interests include knowledge management systems, content management systems, Internet banking, and Internet-based communications on corporate social responsibility. Dr. Vitari's published research includes articles in Communications of the Association for Information Systems, International Journal Knowledge Management, Journal of Information Technologies: Cases and Applications, as well as proceedings of different international, French, and Italian conferences. He has more than seven years' experience in teaching, researching, and consulting. Dr. Vitari got his PhD from Montpellier University, (France) and the Carlo Cattaneo University (Italy).
