Dennis Mikulla is a Manager at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Central Europe, and a member of ADL’s Travel and Transportation (T&T) practice. He has more than 10 years’ experience in transportation and logistics. Mr. Mikulla focuses on logistics in T&T, as well as strategy, governance, transformation, process excellence, and digital functions. In his current role, he has recommended regulatory enhancements in the transport sector; conceptualized an accelerated rollout program for equipping a national railway system with digital train control technology; refined existing end-to-end process models for a mobility provider; provided digital transport platforms with the development of a go-to-market strategy for a European road freight; developed an end-to-end process, including a new KPI and steering model, for a rail infrastructure company; and led an extensive IT transformation program for a mobility company, including cloud transformation, validation of IT strategy, development of an IT master planning process, and implementing a digital heatmap tool.
