Enjoud Alhasawi is a PhD candidate and postgraduate teaching assistant at the School of Management, Swansea University, Wales, UK. Her research focuses on how AI can enable resilience in agri-food supply chains. Ms. Alhasawi earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the American University of Kuwait, an MBA from Gulf University of Science & Technology, Kuwait, and a master’s degree in operations and supply management from Swansea University.
