He has over 25 years’ experience in strategy development, business transformation, and performance improvement with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Mirza has collaborated with boards and executives of government agencies and multinational organizations to design and lead large-scale operational transformation programs within complex stakeholder environments.
