Kelley-Frances Fenelon is Director of Workforce Initiatives, Corporate Impact at JUST Capital, where she is responsible for the development of solutions that support business leaders as they drive change within their organizations to improve job quality, including tools and resources like the JUST Jobs Scorecard and peer-based communities of practice like the Worker Financial Wellness Initiative. Ms. Fenelon has a background in moral professional leadership, movement building, and business-based social impact. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Princeton University, a master of theological studies and a master of science degree from Vanderbilt University, and is a PhD candidate at Vanderbilt University, where she is focusing on the environmental, social, and governance and LGBTQ+ workplace equality movements.
