Louisa Albrecht is a research assistant for the Chair of Service Operations, Mercator School of Management, University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. She is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in business administration and cultural studies with a focus on anglophone studies. The various activities and tasks associated with her role provide valuable experience and insights into the theory and practice of operations research, including applications in supply chain management and transportation.
