Michael R. Bartolacci is a Professor of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State University - Berks. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Lehigh University, with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Lafayette College. He conducts research on information technology, entrepreneurship, telecommunications, decision modeling, and supply chain management. He is the editor of two academic journals and has participated in numerous funded research grants.
