Natacha Prudent is Executive-in-Residence at the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada. She is a recognized trusted leader and change agent. With an impressive career that spans both the private and public sectors, Ms. Prudent has a solid track record in the leadership development and talent management spheres. She has led the integration of leader character into a Pan-Canadian organization and has been at the forefront of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) organizational initiatives. Ms. Prudent played an active role increasing representation of equity-deserving groups in leadership positions and served as architect of a leadership development program for these groups. She is a Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Leader Character Practitioner, and a Certified HR Specialist. Ms. Prudent earned a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and a master’s degree in labor relations from the University of Montreal, Canada.
