Nick Russell has 20 years’ experience in the Australian IT industry in a variety of technical and senior management roles. During this time, Mr. Russell has led a number of high-profile systems integration and product development initiatives for organizations in the financial and retail sectors. He recently completed his PhD studies at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, and is currently conducting research into business process management and process-aware information systems at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
