Paul Godfrey
Paul C. Godfrey is the William and Roceil Low Professor of Business Strategy at the BYU (Brigham Young University) Marriott School of Business, where he earned the Outstanding Faculty Member award. His latest book Clean: Lessons from Ecolab’s Century of Positive Impact outlines a roadmap for companies to improve their social, environmental, and business performance. The book has received significant recognition, including a Gold Medal in Business Leadership from the 2024 Nautilus Book Awards as well as a Silver Medal in Philanthropy and a Bronze Medal in Corporate History from the Axiom Awards. Dr. Godfrey earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Utah, an MBA from the University of Washington, and a PhD in business and strategic management, also from the University of Washington.
