Shasheela Devi Karuppiah is Head of ICT Risk and Business Continuity Management (BCM) at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the national power utility company in Malaysia. Her vast experience centers on multiple domains of ICT, including telecommunications, systems and applications, information technology (IT), operational technology (OT) with high expertise in functional, strategy, governance, and management. Dr. Shasheela’s current research interests include project management, communication management, and BCM. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and is also certified in ITIL 4 and COBIT 2019. Dr. Shasheela earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science with first class honors and an MBA in entrepreneurship from the University of Technology Malaysia, and a PhD in management from Multimedia University, Malaysia.
