Sonia Bot is an accomplished operational executive with experience in a wide range of business climates. She is an entrepreneurial-minded leader and strategic thinker with extensive experience in technology innovation and global business management, ranging from global firms to startup ecosystems. Ms. Bot is the Chief Executive of The BOT Consulting Group Inc., where she partners with C-levels and executives of technology and innovation-based businesses and organizations that are global, about to go global, or require a global mindset to assist in building, growing, and transforming their ventures and solving wicked business problems. She is an accomplished industry presenter, author of numerous peer-reviewed articles, and an industry executive member of university and business acceleration boards. Before The BOT Consulting Group, she worked at BlackBerry, Nortel, Bell-Northern Research, IBM, and TransCanada Pipelines.

Ms. Bot has built five global businesses from the ground up. These ventures introduced wildly disruptive value propositions and were recognized as trailblazers in the communications, Internet infrastructure, wireless, and mobility industries. In addition, she consistently ranks in the top 1% of global corporations and clients for achievements in leading breakthrough transformations and turnarounds of CEO top-of-mind issues.
