Udo Inden holds a diploma in business sciences and economics. Since 1987, Mr. Inden has worked as a self-employed management consultant with a focus on strategic research and innovation programs, and since 1995, as visiting lecturer in management sciences with the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law at Cologne University of Applied Sciences (CUAS), Germany. In collaboration with the Research Centre for Knowledge Management at CUAS, he successfully developed a number of national and international large-scale research projects. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Inden worked with Lufthansa Cargo AG, among others, as Head of Strategic Research, directly reporting to the CEO. In 1990-2002 he specified, tutored, and implemented results of about 120 scientific studies executed in close collaboration with universities in Europe and the US. From 1975 to 1988, Mr. Inden worked in the management of public social services, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of holiday programs for more than 100,000 children and for the training and supervision of about 10,000 caregivers.
