Ulrica Sehlstedt
Ulrica Sehlstedt is Managing Partner at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Sweden, and a member of ADL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. Dr. Sehlstedt’s work includes strategy development, opportunity assessment, complex procurement, operational and commercial due diligence, change management, and program management for healthcare suppliers (pharma, medtech, and biotech), providers (public and private), and investors. She is passionate about the role of life sciences R&D as a lever for prosperity and health. Previously, Dr. Sehlstedt was CEO of LightUp Technologies, a molecular diagnostics startup. She has also been a member of the Swedish Research Council’s Scientific Council for Medicine and Health and a member of the national expert panels in Life Science Technologies for Future Research Leaders, a program launched by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research. Dr. Sehlstedt holds a master’s of science degree in chemical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, and a PhD in biophysics from Stockholm University.
