Verna Allee
Verna Allee is a former Cutter Consortium Senior Consultant. She is President of Value Networks, LLC, which is the leading provider of value network visualization and analysis applications. Customers include Cisco, Boeing, SAP, Telenor, Rolls-Royce Marine Engine, Knoll, Kimberly-Clark, AgResearch, Mayo Clinic, Environment Canada, Scottish Enterprise, Institute of Public Health (Ireland), GAN-Net, and others.
Ms. Allee is a noted author, expert, and pioneer in value networks, intangibles, and knowledge management. She is a Fellow of the World Business Academy, advisor to the European Commission, and former member of the Brookings Institution Task Force on Intangibles in the late 1990s. Ms. Allee is on several advisory and editorial boards, including Hazel Henderson's Ethical Markets television series, Inside Knowledge, and IC (Intellectual Capital) Magazine. She is also a founding sponsor of the Value Networks Consortium.
Ms. Allee has been a visiting lecturer at many universities around the world, most notably at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, Greenwich University (UK), Hanken Swedish School of Business (Finland), University of Waikato (New Zealand), and Cotrugli Business Academy (Croatia). She holds degrees from University of California-Berkeley and JFK University. Her publications include numerous articles and books, including The Future of Knowledge: Increasing Prosperity Through Value Networks, The Knowledge Evolution, and What Is True Wealth and How Do We Create It?, coedited with Dinesh Chandra.
