She began her career at the UK National Health Service (NHS) as a nurse, midwife, and subsequently as an expert in women’s health. With over 25 years’ experience in the health service and pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Bates has held senior commercial and operational roles, developing and delivering strategic programs that empower citizens and health professionals to better address health and well-being. Her focus is on developing a robust understanding of the environment and translating this insight into strategies that deliver tangible benefits and outcomes. Ms. Bates has led teams in delivering national programs across multiple channels, tailoring these initiatives to meet customer needs in various disease areas and disciplines.
